Everything changed the day I stopped searching for God somewhere out there, and stopped looking for someone or something to make me feel chosen, loved, valued, and accepted.

Instead, I went into the silence and into the Divine Presence within. There I met the God who had never been distant, but was as close as the air that I breathe. 

In this place I discovered a profound sense of peace, union, and unconditional love. It was through this union I realized that while God had always loved me, I had an active part to play. I had to choose to receive that love and extend it to myself. I had to stop abandoning myself. I had to choose to see my value, honor myself, and embrace every part of me with the same compassion God had always shown me.

I came to understand that the wounded places within us aren’t problems to fix or deny. They’re invitations to meet ourselves with love. As we do, we discover that God is already there, patiently waiting to restore what shame, fear, and pain have tried to divide.

For more than two decades, it has been my honor to walk alongside others as an Intuitive, Integrated Inner Healing Specialist, helping them heal the beliefs, trauma, and limiting patterns that have kept them feeling disconnected from themselves, from God, and from the life they were created to experience.
